NAPF offers advice private equity
The National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF) has launched a new guide aimed at offering worthwhile information on the private equity markets in the UK.
With the exception of the US, Britain has the largest private equity market in the world and the NAPF is convinced that it offers a good deal of potential for pension fund investors around the country.
As a result, the organisation has issued a 24-page booklet, dubbed Private Equity Made Easy, in collaboration with the SVG Capital company.
It is hoped that through a straightforward explanation of the key issues relating to private equity, pension fund trustees, company executives and scheme secretaries will gain a clearer understanding of how the market works and what it might offer them and their members.
The NAPF recently announced that its Pension Force service is looking to find more workforces around the country that would appreciate its help in understanding different ways of saving for retirement.
