Pension workshops from Winterthur Life
Investment provider Winterthur Life UK is holding a series of workshops across the UK, designed to help industry specialists make sense of pensions.
The 'Advanced Pensions and Divorce workshops' will run from May 16th to July 11th at various locations throughout the UK including Newcastle, Cardiff, Southampton, Guildford, and Gatwick.
The Winterthur talks - targeted at advisers, paraplanners and their compliance officers - will cover practice, procedure and tactics to use in cases involving pension and divorce as part of its Professional Edge range of services.
"The workshops are designed to give advisers and other subscribers to Professional Edge updates on industry developments," said David Thompson from Winterthur Life UK.
"Understanding the technicalities involved in pension rights and divorce is essential, especially since pensions are among the most valuable assets to be considered in ancillary relief cases."
The workshops, which provide 7.25 hours of Pensions Management Institute CPD accreditation, will be held with accredited trainer and presenter Clive Weir.
