Report recommends new pensions focus
There needs to be a change in the focus of the pensions industry in the UK, according to a new report by a financial data collection company.
Defaqto have launched The Pensions Report, backed by research into consumer opinion on savings and financial services, to examine investors' plans for how they will manage their pensions.
The report shows that the general public has lost its faith in the pensions system, according to Dr Ros Altman, a speaker at the launch of the report and adviser to the industry,

Winterthur Life recently launched a campaign DVD to better inform employees of their options regarding saving for their retirement.
The DVD contained advice on A-Day regulations and pension investment.
